My name is Chulo!

Chulo is searching for his forever home!  This gorgeous boy is 7 pounds and 7 years old.  He is the sweetest, funniest, and most loving pommy boy you will ever meet! Chulo came to us after his elderly owner could no longer care for him and the extended family noticed he may have some health issues.  Poor Chulo is diabetic, but easily maintained on a small dose of insulin twice a day.  Even though he is newly diagnosed, he is well regulated and accepting of his shots. We truly hope his diabetes does not scare potential adopters away because it is a manageable illness and he has a long life ahead of him.  Chulo loves all humans, but does not tend to get along with other dogs so we are seeking a home where he is the only canine.  Chulo enjoys playing, getting belly rubs, and even likes to romp with the kitty cat in his foster home on occassion.  Chulo does wear a belly band as he does mark on rare occassions.  He is crate trained, leash trained, and even knows commands.  This little guy adores older children as well so we can see him being a good fit for almost any home.
