My name is Landon and I want to be your only cat. I was rescued from a cat colony in San Antonio in May of 2016 and then neutered and vaccinated. I was also combo tested and the results were negative for Feline Leukemia but POSITIVE for FIV. I am healthy and should be able to live a long life even with FIV but need to be an only cat since I can be aggressive to other cats now and then. My caretaker doesn’t know my exact age but he loves looking into my deep blue eyes and tell me that my furrever home is waiting for me out there somewhere. Could that be your home?! Please adopt me and I will love you forever!

More About This Rescue

he HSJC has served the residents of Seymour, Indiana for close to 30 years. We provide short term shelter care for animals, lost and found services, adoptions, and advice regarding animal health and behavior. Every day of the year our shelter is thoroughly cleaned. Food, water, exercise, medication, and necessary veterinary care along with lots of TLC are provided to the animals. All of these services are provided by our staff as well as hundreds of hours of donated time by our board and other volunteers. The Humane Society of Jackson County is a non-profit organization. We rely on funds provided by the City of Seymour and especially the generous donations of people who support the HSJC through our fund raising events and memorial sponsors.
